How's it going? I'm new to the community, arriving here after getting to my wits' end with a stubborn case of tennis elbow. The standard medical advice hasn't made a dent, so I'm now exploring other options.

Welcome! For stubborn tennis elbow, chiropractic care can help by addressing misalignments in the neck, shoulder, or elbow that may be contributing to inflammation. Ask your chiropractor about soft tissue therapies like ART (Active Release Technique) and adjustments to the cervical spine and elbow joint—many patients find significant relief through these combined approaches.

Thank you, Ziddi! Your theory makes a lot of sense for a weekend player like me, especially since this started after a long break from tennis. That gives me specific questions to ask when I search for a chiropractor. Is a technique like ART something widely available or do I need to find a specialist for that?
