Cervical chiropractic for cluster headaches?

I've been dealing with cluster headaches and keep seeing chiropractic care mentioned as a helpful option. Some claim it works wonders, others say it's hit or miss. If you've tried it, did it make a difference

It's a hit or miss and it depends on the individual. I tried a chiropractor for cluster headaches a few years ago and it helped me a bit, but not entirely. Other people with similar problems that went to the same chiropractor say that they no longer have headaches. I think it depends where the pain is coming from which is why you'll get mixed answers on this. One thing you can do is visit a neurologist before and have a consult about different treatment options.

I appreciate you sharing your experience with this condition. I think I might've been putting the cart before the horse by looking at treatments before getting a specialist's opinion. Did you find that consultation gave you a clearer path forward for managing your episodes?

I have gone to a couple of chiropractors with the Grostic method. Used it to help my neck after a car accident many years ago.

I had a Grostic-trained chiro. put my neck back operational and relieve headaches after a car accident. I had to go once a week for a time, and gradually it was spaced out.
If you can find one, I think they are worth it. At least for me.
