I've got an issue with my spine and am thinking about going to a chiropractor. But recently I heard that a chiropractor can do more long term damage than good.

Is this true? What do you think people, a chiropractor is a yay or nay?

I'm not here to say whether chiros are great or not, but if they've been seeing one for a while, getting a second opinion could be a wise move. They can definitely help with back and neck pain, but there are some risks involved most of them are pretty mild, but there are rare serious ones too. It's always a good idea to check in with your doctor and make sure the chiro is reputable. It works wonders for some people, but it's not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Absolutely! I always believe it's super important to get a second opinion, right? And let's be honest, making sure your chiropractor is someone you can trust really makes all the difference. It's just smart thinking

@DiscoPickle I think a chiropractor can help, but it really depends on your specific spine issue and finding someone trustworthy. Getting a second opinion from a doctor first never hurts.

I only go to chiropractors that have been trained in the Grostic method for the neck area, and the Palmer method overall.
