Scoliosis and a stubborn left hip

Been managing mild scoliosis for years, nothing dramatic, just enough to throw things off a bit. Lately though, my left hip's been feeling locked up more than usual. Not painful, just that annoying tightness that won't quit, especially after long drives or sitting too long. It's probably one of those compensation things where the body's just doing its own thing to stay upright so I'm thinking it might be time to get some proper alignment work and see what shakes loose. Anyone else who has had scoliosis knows, it's rarely just about the spine and everything else likes to join the party.

I'm sorry to hear about that. Regular adjustments help prevent those grumpy compensation pains from really taking hold and flaring up.
