How do chiropractors go about first meetings?

So here's the situation. You're meeting a client for the first time. Aside from listing all the required details on the sheet, what is your procedure? How do you go about it and what do you do first?

Asking because I'm studying this and haven't really jumped in the real-world setting. I'd appreciate some examples if you may.

When meeting a client first time, start by building rapport, keep it friendly and professional. Then you can review their needs, ask open questions, and take notes. After that, explain your process clearly...and lastly, always follow up with a summary to confirm you're on the same page.

When I meet a new client, I like to check out their info beforehand so I have an idea of what to expect. When we meet in person, I try to connect with them a bit and ask some open-ended questions to really understand their goals and challenges. I make sure to listen more than I spaek at the start. Once I have a good understanding, I share how I work and what the next steps will be. I always follow up with a quick recap and what to expect moving forward. It's important to make them feel like they're being listend to and to keep everything straightforward
