I just started seeing patients at a clinic that has both a chiropractor and an osteopath, and honestly I'm still confused about how their approaches really differ. They both talk about alignment and treating the body as a whole, but in practice it feels kind of blurred. Can someone break down the main differences in a way that actually makes sense?
