Two chiropractic approaches

I've been a deep tissue/sports massage therapist for 3 years and noticed two chiro styles:
  1. Longer 20–40 minute sessions focused on real results.
  2. Quick 5–12 minute visits, encouraging lots of appointments.
Chiropractors using the first approach, what's your honest opinion of those doing the second?

I think quick visits can be effective for simple adjustments, but they often skip soft tissue work and rehab that help long-term recovery.

Yup, quick visits might fix immediate pain, but without thorough soft tissue work and rehab, patients often end up with recurring issues. Real healing needs time, not just fast tweaks.

Totally agree, quick visits might give short-term relief, but they often miss the root cause. Without soft tissue work and proper rehab, it's like putting a band-aid on a deeper issue.
