Who gets to use "Doctor"

I recently came across a nutritionist who was referred to as "Dr," and it made me curious, who exactly gets to use that title? I've noticed that chiropractors, dentists, and even some therapists use it, but I don't see it with osteopaths in my area. I'm just interested in how this title works across various professions and countries.

@spinologynerd so, in the US, doctors of osteopathic medicine (D.O.s) are fully licensed physicians and use the 'Dr.' title just like an M.D. Maybe the osteopaths in your area simply choose not to use it in their marketing, which is a personal choice.
now, with nutritionists, it's a bit more complicated. a nutritionist with a Ph.D. can use the title, but not all nutritionists have that degree
